Solution Approach
Using Translytics’ inhouse Network Optimization algorithm, we mapped customer’s AS IS situation, calculated primary & secondary costs. Further we ran simulations for realigned and greenfield scenarios, compared the cost and operational feasibility to conclude the optimize manufacturing to warehouse and to end customer mapping. Our Network Optimization algorithm also has the provision to simulate multiple scenarios for specific region based on operational feasibility.
